Please read these Terms of Use (Terms) carefully before using the Ready2Go Solutions website, located at https://www.ready2gosolutions.com (Site). The Site is operated and owned by Customer Communications Group, Inc. (CCG, us, we or our). The Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user. By using or accessing the Site in any way, including viewing or browsing the Site, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site.

If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Site in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have purchased or used. You agree not to (i) use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site; (ii) use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site; (iii) introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

Content License and Use

CCG grants the purchaser of any Ready2Go Content a non-exclusive license (License) to use and publish the content, owned by CCG.

CCG warrants that it has the right to use and publish the articles sold through its Ready2Go division and to grant the License herein. The License granted herein includes a limited right for purchaser to customize certain specified fields within each article, including purchaser’s business name, business phone number and link to business website. CCG will indemnify and hold harmless the purchaser from any claims arising out of purchaser’s use of said material through its use of the License; provided, however, the indemnity provided herein shall be null and void if purchaser makes any changes or modifications to purchased Ready2Go content which are not contemplated under the License or which are otherwise in contravention of the Terms. The purchased content may not be re-sold by the purchaser at any time, in any form.  The warranty expressed in this paragraph is the only warranty made by CCG and all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and otherwise are expressly disclaimed.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all its material — including but not limited to original content, logos and graphic designs — are the exclusive property of CCG and may not be reproduced or used in a manner in contravention of the Terms without our express written permission; such material is owned by CCG, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this Site.

Informational Purposes Only

The Site and its components are offered for informational purposes only. CCG is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of the use, reference, modification to or reliance on any information contained within the Site. While the information contained within the Site may be periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided is correct, complete or up-to-date.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CCG. This does not constitute an endorsement by CCG of the parties, or their products and services. CCG has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CCG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of any changes to these Terms. If a revision is material, we will post and draw attention to the updated Terms on the Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users, including registered users. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our Site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CCG, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, any use of the Site’s content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
